- Maintenance of the subdivisions entrances
- Entry lighting
- Community signs and markers
- Landscaping along Bay Creek /Bay Sky and along Cross Colony on both sides of 646
Everyone who owns a home or commercial lot pays into the subdivision based on a mill rate X the square footage of the LOT size. These fees go towards the responsibilities mentioned above.
